Q. Do you supply all the cleaning products ?
Yes. We bring everything needed to clean your home. We use only the finest and safest cleaning products for your home.
Q. Do i still have to pay for weeks when i go on holiday ?
No . You only pay for the days we clean .
Q. Can you supply me with a reference ?
Yes. Kindly some of our customers have given verbal ( via phone ) and written references on request.
Q. Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.
Q. Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preferences.
Q. Do i have to give the cleaner a key ?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give us a key.
2. Leave a key in a safe place and we'll put it back through the letter box.
3. You can leave a key with your neighbour, porter or letting/estate agent.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If something has been missed or your not happy for any reason , we will return free of charge to rectify the problem.
Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at time of service. We accept payments by cheque, cash or standing order.
Q. Are you insured?
Yes. We have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds.
Our insurance policy will also cover theft and key loss.
